When do your Black Friday sales start?
Our week of deals kicks off Monday November 24th and runs right through to Cyber Monday on December 1st. Eight days of bargains and limited-edition Smugglers!

How long do the deals last?
Until Monday December 1st!
Once it’s over, it’s over. No extensions, no take-backs.
Do I need a discount code?
Nope! All discounts are already applied to the product. Easy as.

Can I use another promo code on top?
Nah, not during sale week. The discounts are already top-notch.
Are these deals in-store too?
Yep! The same deals are available online and in-store while stock lasts.
All of our in-store stock is also shown online, but to check with an individual store, please call on 02 7228 4083.
When will my order be dispatched?
Our Smuggling elves will be working hard to ensure all orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of placing your order (with the exception of custom, DIY and made-to-order).
When will I receive my made-to-order or custom order?
All custom, DIY and Made-to-order items take around 4 weeks to make at our factory before we can dispatch to you.
If you placed your order before November 23rd, then you will receive your order before Christmas.
Any custom/made-to-order orders placed after this deadline are not guaranteed for Christmas delivery, and are likely to be delivered late January.
Will stuff sell out?
Almost definitely. Some prints and sizes vanish quicker than a cold beer on a hot day.
- What if I can’t find the size I want? All of our available stock is shown online, including store stock. So if your size is not online, unfortunately we are sold out everywhere.
- Will you be restocking? We do restock our swimwear weekly, but not in all sizes and all designs every week. It could take up to 5 weeks for an item to be restocked. You can click on the ‘notify me when available’ button on the out of stock size to be notified as soon as it’s back in stock.
Can I return or exchange sale items?
You can return most sale items if they don’t fit — as long as they’re unworn and in original condition.
Products labelled ‘Final Sale’ or discounted more than 50%, along with custom, made-to-order and DIY products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- I’m buying as a Christmas gift, will I still be able to return or exchange after Christmas? Yes! Our returns policy is 90 days :)
