Partnerships Coordinator

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Partnerships Coordinator to jump in and help keep the wheels turning on our brand deals, licenses and collabs. Think of this role as the engine room that makes the big stuff happen; from getting products submitted to the NRL, AFL and Cricket Australia, to keeping our CRM looking sharp, to making sure partners get what they need, when they need it.

It’s a role that’s part admin, part creative, and a whole lot of teamwork. You’ll be the one making sure the right gear, logos and approvals are all lined up so that the magic can happen out in the world.

You don’t need to know it all already; this role is for someone super organised, with an eye for detail, and keen to get stuck into the business side of sport, lifestyle, and brand partnerships. You’ll be surrounded by a marketing crew who thrive on each other’s energy and get a kick out of building epic brand partnerships.

If you’re organised, curious, and up for joining a team that works hard, celebrates wins, and occasionally rocks up to meetings barefoot… this could be your gig.

Key Responsibilities

Licensing & Brand Partnerships Administration

  • Coordinate Budgy Smuggler’s licensing agreements, maintaining accurate partner records and ensuring compliance with partner requirements.
  • Prepare and submit product details, artwork, and supporting documentation to partner and licensing platforms (NRL, AFL, Cricket Australia, Rugby Australia, Football Australia, and other relevant codes).
  • Maintain the partnerships CRM and database, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
  • Track approvals, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of licensing commitments.

Partnerships & Collaborations Support

  • Assist in identifying and tracking potential collaboration opportunities and brand partnerships.
  • Support the preparation of partnership proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Liaise with partners for day-to-day updates, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Help manage gifting, product seeding, and smaller-scale partner activations.

Product & Campaign Coordination

  • Work with Product and Marketing teams to align partnership timelines with product launches and campaign schedules.
  • Ensure all required assets (product shots, logos, copy, approvals) are collated and delivered on time.
  • Track product submissions, changes, and approvals to meet deadlines.
  • Reporting & Insights
  • Provide regular updates to Phil / Brenden on the progress of licensing and partnership activities.
  • Prepare post-campaign and partnership summaries, highlighting performance, product delivery, and key learnings.

Campaign & Content Support

  • Proactively identify and track high-impact collaboration opportunities with potential for large-scale awareness and cultural relevance.
  • Collaborate with partners to co-create standout, newsworthy campaigns in key markets.
  • Coordinate with talent, partners, and media channels to deliver consistent, on-brand content that maximises reach and engagement.
  • Support execution and delivery of campaigns through clear communication, organisation, and tracking across teams and partners.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential

  • 1–2 years’ experience in partnerships, coordination, marketing, or licensing (internships considered).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn CRM systems.

Desirable

  • Experience with licensing processes and product submissions.
  • Familiarity with sporting codes, brand partnerships, or apparel/lifestyle industries.
  • A passion for sport, creativity, and brand-building.

What We Offer

  • Mentorship from senior partnerships and marketing leaders.
  • Opportunities to work with major sporting codes, global brands, and exciting collaborations.
  • A collaborative, energetic team environment.
  • Career growth potential into senior partnerships roles.

Marketing Assistant

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Assistant who’s ready to dive head-first into all things marketing. No two days will look the same; one day you’ll be pulling together performance reports, the next you might be wrangling products for a photoshoot, coordinating with Australia’s most notable athletes or influencers, or helping launch a new campaign.

If you're looking to jump into a role in marketing but not 100% sure which area grabs you most, this is the role for you.

This role is hands-on, fast-moving and a chance to learn the ropes across every corner of marketing and partnerships. You’ll get exposure not just to the creative and campaign side of things, but also the behind-the-scenes admin that keeps everything running smoothly. Plus, you’ll be working directly with the Marketing Manager, the Partnerships, Athletes and Affiliates Lead and also with our GM and CEO; so you’ll also pick up some handy insights into how a business runs (not just how to make it look good on Instagram).

If you’re organised, up for a laugh and love the idea of getting stuck into everything from shoots to reels, this could be the perfect next step in your marketing journey.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Marketing & Talent Support

Assist with the coordination of campaigns involving athletes, talent, affiliates and influencers.

Manage communication and asset distribution to partners.

  • Manage product send-outs, including packaging, shipping and tracking.
  • Oversee physical picking and preparation of products from shelves for marketing and partnership use.

Marketing Administration & Reporting

  • Compile, analyse and distribute regular marketing performance reports.
  • Maintain campaign tracking documents, performance dashboards and internal calendars.
  • Support budget tracking and reporting.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist with email marketing campaigns (list management, formatting, scheduling).
  • Make basic website content updates (e.g. product copy, images).
  • Monitor and report on digital engagement metrics.

Customer & Community Engagement

  • Assist with community management (replying to comments, DMs, or forwarding to the right team).
  • Support events or activations where the brand meets customers.
  • Collate feedback from customers or influencers to improve campaigns.

Creative & Content Support

  • Assist with copywriting for marketing materials, social posts, or product descriptions.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers and videographers for content delivery.
  • Keep brand assets and guidelines up to date and organised.

Project Coordination

  • Assist in coordinating timelines, deadlines and deliverables for campaigns.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure cross-team alignment.

About You

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and willing to roll up your sleeves.
  • Interest in marketing, partnerships, e-commerce and/or brand building.
  • Previous experience in marketing or administration is advantageous but not essential.

What We Offer

  • Career Growth Pathways: Exposure across all areas of marketing and partnerships, building the foundation for progression into roles such as Marketing Coordinator, Partnerships Executive, or Brand Manager.
  • Mentorship & Learning: Work directly with senior leadership, gaining insight into both marketing and business operations.
  • Skill Development: Hands-on experience with marketing tools, affiliate platforms, reporting systems and campaign coordination.
  • Creative & Strategic Exposure: Opportunities to contribute ideas to campaigns, brand initiatives and partnerships.
