In 2013, a bunch of mates formed a swimming group, bonded by the ritual of a Friday morning point to point across cove Bondi. Immersing themselves in the salty waters, they breathe in the goodness, attaining a heightened state of positivity.

They call it Saltopia.

The Bondi Salties are behind batyr - a local group supporting conversations around mental health.
